Play Bingo While Watching the Psyche Spacecraft Launch!

In late 2023, NASA will launch the Psyche mission, a journey to a unique metal-rich asteroid orbiting the Sun between Mars and Jupiter. What makes the asteroid Psyche unique is that it may consist largely of metal from the core of a planetesimal–an object that formed early in our solar system and can help us better understand planets like ours. Watch the NASA Psyche launch broadcast online and cross off each box below when you hear any of these words mentioned. The Bingo board is five columns wide by five rows tall. The first row has the words iron, Earth, Mars, orbit and rocket. The second row has the words asteroid, core, metal, deep space and rocky. The third row has the words camera, gravity, free space, phase and satellite. The fourth row has the words mission, instruments, NASA, planetesimal and science. The fifth row has the words cruise, launch, operations, propulsion and spacecraft.
