1. What does postage cost and why do I have to pay it? Top

First class postage to return one tape to us from any U.S. zip code is $3. We supply the pre-addressed envelope for the tape. We have very limited funding for this project and appreciate your help with the postage.

2. Why must I send the tape using First Class Mail? Top

First class mail usually takes less than 5 days coast-to-coast. The reduced media mail rates can take up to 10 business days. We have a very limited number of copies, and we need to keep them circulating as efficiently as possible.

3. Who do I contact if I have a question? Top

Use e-mail to contact us with questions or comments, videos@spaceplace.nasa.gov. During a regular 5-day work week, you'll receive an answer within 24 hours.
